Returns and Exchanges

When returning products please do the following: (a) contact us first to obtain a returns number and returns address; and (b) return your product with a note including details of your name, returns number, contact details, order reference number and the reason why you either: (i) wish to return your product or cancel your order; or (ii) the reason why you believe your product is faulty.
Doing this will assist us in giving you a quicker reply when we receive the product and organise a possible replacement. Your product must be returned unused and, where possible, in the original packaging. Please therefore keep the original packaging until you are certain you wish to keep your product. If you do not retain your original packaging, please use similar packaging that will provide similar protection as your product must be received by us “as new” and in a condition for resale.
Return costs will only be refunded if the product is faulty, or if it differs from the advertised product. We are unable to accept responsibility for any parcels returned to us until we safely receive them. Where the delivery of an order is refused, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund the original delivery cost plus the cost of returning the goods to us.

Cancellation Policy

If the Order placed is not yet shipped, then within 24 hours it can be cancelled. Other than that we do not Entertain any Cancellations for orders placed post 24 hours of the order time. The amount will be reversed back in 5-7 working days.

Returns Policy

We understand that that there could be situations where you might want to return your purchase and we would be happy to facilitate the same as explained below. Please make sure that the returned item(s) is/are in an unused state along with all the product tags and labels intact.

But I opened the seal. Will you take it back?

NO we will NOT take back a purchase if you’ve opened the seal.

What do I do? I received a broken/damaged item.

We will take back the broken/damaged product and replace it with a new one. Please send us an email to with a picture of the broken/damaged product.

Who will bear the postal charges for goods returned?

If the goods are returned because of any product damage, StatMo will replace the product and bear the cost of return shipment. If the goods are returned because of personal choice changes – e.g. if you ordered a pack of 6 pens, but you now want a pack of 12 and wish to exchange it – would still exchange the item, but the return shipment cost would be borne by you.

What we do about mispricings

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the many hundreds of items in our catalogue are mispriced. However, we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures.

If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the item. If a product’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of that cancellation.
