What is a Cookie (and why is this important)?

In order to buy online from us, your browser (and Internet firewall software) must allow the use of cookies. Some people have privacy concerns regarding the use of cookies, but cookies cannot themselves be used to identify you. More independent advice,  is freely available over the internet!

How do I view or change my Shopping Cart contents? How do I remove items?

Use the Shopping Cart tab to view your cart’s contents. You can Edit the quantity or press the Remove button to remove an item from your cart altogether. At no time are you committed to buying a product until you complete the checkout screen by entering your payment card details.

How can I pay?

You can pay by Mastercard, VISA, Maestro, Net Banking or American Express (not Electron cards, sorry). We have no minimum credit card order limit. Payments are processed on a secure server and all order and payment details are encrypted for security.
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Overseas customers: your credit card provider will convert this into your own local currency and the total will appear on your credit card statement, just like any other purchase you make.

Returns and Exchanges

When returning products please do the following: (a) contact us first to obtain a returns number and returns address; and (b) return your product with a note including details of your name, returns number, contact details, order reference number and the reason why you either: (i) wish to return your product or cancel your order; or (ii) the reason why you believe your product is faulty.
Doing this will assist us in giving you a quicker reply when we receive the product and organise a possible replacement. Your product must be returned unused and, where possible, in the original packaging. Please therefore keep the original packaging until you are certain you wish to keep your product. If you do not retain your original packaging, please use similar packaging that will provide similar protection as your product must be received by us “as new” and in a condition for resale.
Return costs will only be refunded if the product is faulty, or if it differs from the advertised product. We are unable to accept responsibility for any parcels returned to us until we safely receive them. Where the delivery of an order is refused, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund the original delivery cost plus the cost of returning the goods to us.

What we do about mispricings

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the many hundreds of items in our catalogue are mispriced. However, we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures.

If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the item. If a product’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of that cancellation.
